Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $200 or more.
Orders under $200 will be charged shipping based on the selected shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Locations
Legacy Gardens currently ships only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Carrier selection is determined by Legacy Gardens to provide the safest and most reliable delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment.
Legacy Gardens is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted for delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Legacy Gardens is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged contents
- A brief description of the issue
